What is it?

The City of Marseille offers specialised transport solutions for people with major mobility problems, enabling easier access to places of study, work and leisure.
Services such as "Accès Plus" or other dedicated municipal schemes.

Conditions

Living in Marseille.
Hold a CMI or provide proof of reduced mobility.
Register with the city's paratransit service or with the Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM), providing the necessary supporting documents.

Validity
Access to the service is valid as long as the eligibility conditions are met, with periodic checks possible.
Steps

Obtaining a disability card: Follow the steps to obtain a card from the MDPH.
Contact the adapted transport service: Contact Accès Plus or the adapted transport service of the City of Marseille.

Provide a disability card and proof of mobility: to register for the service.
Using the service: Once you have registered, you can book your adapted journeys.
Conditions: Be in possession of a disability card or have serious mobility problems.
