What is it?

AIDE MOBILI-JEUNE® is a housing subsidy that covers part of the rent for young people under 30, apprentices and work-study students working for a company in the non-agricultural private sector. Amount and duration of MOBILI-JEUNE® ASSISTANCE
The amount of AIDE MOBILI-JEUNE® can vary from a minimum of €10 per month to a maximum of €100.
Aid is capped at €1,100 per year of training over 11 monthly payments,
Assistance may be requested for a maximum of two years' training, consecutive or otherwise, i.e. two times 11 months.
The calculation is based on the rent after deduction of the housing benefit (APL).

Conditions

Who is eligible for housing benefit?
Conditions relating to the applicant
You are under the age of 30,
You are an employee of a company in the non-agricultural private sector,
You are on an apprenticeship or professional training contract,
You do not have a current MOBILI-JEUNE® file with Action Logement or your previous MOBILI-JEUNE® file has ended,
Your gross monthly salary is less than or equal to 80% of the SMIC.
Conditions relating to your place of work*.
Your current home is closer to your place of work.
The effective date of your lease must be 3 months before or 3 months after the start date of your work-study contract,
Your application for aid must be made 3 months before or 3 months after the start date of the work-linked training contract.
During your work-linked training, you must also comply with one of these two conditions:
Your current home (the one you occupied during your work-linked training course) must be more than 70km from your previous address (the one you occupied before your work-linked training course), or failing that, the journey time between these two addresses must be more than 40 minutes (motorised and registered vehicles, public transport).
You occupy two properties during the same period and can prove that you are paying double rent (you have signed two leases).
* Conditions must be met for a first or second application.
Housing conditions
Rented or shared accommodation in private or social housing: in the case of shared accommodation, only that part of the rent and charges that is the responsibility of the MOBILI-JEUNE® applicant is covered,
Rented empty or furnished,
Foyer or social residence,
Whether or not it is APL-approved (APL-approved accommodation is the subject of a contract between the landlord and the prefect of the département. Under this agreement, the landlord undertakes to rent the property at a certain price to a certain target group),
Subletting, exclusively in the HLM (Habitation à Loyer Modéré) social housing stock,
Boarding room.
Please note: the cost of accommodation in guest houses, gîtes or tourist residences is not covered.

Steps

Payment of housing benefit
To trigger payment of the assistance, you need to submit your supporting documents in your personal space: rent receipt or proof of payment of rent and payslip for the months concerned,

Each submission of supporting documents triggers payment of the grant: you therefore determine the payment schedule according to the documents you submit (monthly, quarterly). Step 1

Create your account, enter your request and submit your supporting documents online.

Step 3
Once your application has been completed, our teams will analyse it as quickly as possible.

During this period, you may be asked to provide additional documents or to change your entry.

Please note: during the back-to-school periods (September and January), our analysis times may be longer.
