To help people in difficulty, covered by the Local Action Plan for the Housing and Accommodation of Disadvantaged People (PDALHPD), to gain access to housing or to remain in their accommodation, if they are unable to meet their obligations relating to the payment of rent, service charges and rental insurance costs, as well as water and energy supplies, under the conditions defined by its internal regulations.
Areas of expertise :
- financial assistance to access housing or to stay in your current home,
- financial assistance for unpaid electricity, gas and water bills,
- rent payment guarantee for access to housing,
- individual (ASELL) or collective (ASC) social support measures implemented by approved operators.
To qualify, you must :
- If you rent your home outside mainland France
- Be French or hold a private and family life residence permit allowing the foreign national to work (as an employee or self-employed).
- Proof of loss of income during the period of confinement for the months of April and May 2020
- Family income between 551 euros and a maximum of 1,000 euros*.
To apply, you will need to provide the following documents:
- Copy of the lease
- Inventory of fixtures on arrival
- Insurance certificate + receipt or payment schedule
- Receipt for meter opening costs
- Proof of income for the whole household
- Civil status documents
- For foreign nationals copy of valid residence permit
This form must be submitted or transmitted electronically within 2 months of signing the lease.
