You will be put in touch with a professional in your sector of activity, who will act as a mentor and provide tailor-made advice to help you get started, enhance your skills and develop your network.
You can :
- Developing your skills, potential and abilities
- Gain a better understanding of the business world and the local economic fabric linked to your sector of activity
- Get support to overcome any form of prejudice and/or barriers
- Develop your professional and personal network

Since the scheme was launched in 2018, more than 2,500 young graduates have been individually coached by a sponsor. Nearly 75% of them found a job at the end of their mentoring scheme. In 2021, 543 young people in the region were helped into employment.
