Lack of funding can be a barrier to starting a vocational training course. But if you really want to make it happen, Pass Sud Formation, a regional scheme, can help. It is aimed at people aged 16 and over, whose main place of residence is in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and who are registered with Pôle emploi or, if disabled, with Cap emploi.
You can apply for funding for your training from the Region if you meet certain conditions:
To take advantage of this new scheme, simply follow these 3 steps:
Stage 1
Contact one of your advisers, depending on your situation: Pôle emploi, Mission locale, CAP emploi, Association pour l'emploi des cadres (APEC), Centre interinstitutionnel de bilan de compétences (CIBC), Conseil départemental de votre lieu d'habitation if you are in receipt of RSA, Plan local pluriannuel pour l'insertion et l'emploi (PLIE) ;
Step 2
Work out your project with the advisor;
Step 3
Submit your application on the Region's individual aid digital portal, within 60 days to 30 days before the start of your course.
