E-coupons are a means of payment for any health service covered by the PASS Santé Jeunes, valid at health professionals and private psychologists who accept this means of payment. When you present an e-coupon, you will not have to give your carte vitale or your carte mutuelle to pay for anything if the amount is less than or equal to the amount shown on the e-coupon. If you pay more than the amount shown on the coupon, you will be responsible for the difference.
To qualify, you must be under 26 and enrolled in a higher education establishment, a lycée, an apprentice training centre (CFA), a health and social training establishment, a local mission, Pôle Emploi, a vocational training course, a professional training contract, a future employment contract, or a civic service in the PACA region.
