This Permanent Pass gives you unlimited travel at a reduced rate on the BLEUE zone: RTM network (Bus, Metro, Tramway, Ferry Boat, lanavette), TER intra-muros and other urban networks.
Paid by direct monthly debit, you no longer need to top up your subscription every month. This pass costs 18.30 euros per month.
To qualify, you must be under 26 and a student.
There are two ways to apply for the Permanent Pass:

- Download the application form.
Supporting documents required for registration :
- Photocopy of both sides of current year's student card
- Pass holder's ID (front/back or front)
