To qualify, you must be under 26 and an apprentice.
There are two ways to apply for the Permanent Pass:

- Download the application form.
Supporting documents required for registration :
- Certificate of apprenticeship issued by the school for the current academic year
- Pass holder's ID (front/back or front)
