For €73 a month (or €68 a month with the annual pass), you can enjoy unlimited access to all public transport networks in the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area, including the TER. With your pass (valid from the 1st to the last day of the month), you have unlimited access to :

4 inter-city networks: TER, Cartreize, Pays d'Aix Mobilité and Navettes Aéroport.
13 urban networks: Aix en bus, Ciotabus, Gardanne en bus, Les bus de la Côte Bleue, Les bus de la Marcouline, Les bus de L'Etang, Les bus des Cigales, Les bus des Collines, Les lignes de l'Agglo, Libébus, Pertuis en bus, RTM, Ulysse.
and also the Maritime Shuttles, the Le vélo service, the bike parks...
