The mobili-jeune grant helps to reduce the cost of renting accommodation close to the place of training.
This assistance covers up to 100 euros of the monthly rent (or rent for social housing).
The aid is paid every 6 months during your work-linked training year (i.e. 2 payments per year).
In addition to the mobili-jeune grant, you can receive the following assistance
- Visale guarantee or loca-pass advance
- Personalised housing assistance (APL) or social housing allowance (ALS)
To qualify, you must :
- Under 30 years of age
- Be on a work-linked training course under an apprenticeship contract or a professionalisation contract with a company in the non-agricultural private sector
- Be in a company contributing to the 1 % housing scheme (this applies to all companies with 20 or more employees)
- Earn income less than or equal to the gross monthly minimum wage (€1,554.58). The salary to be taken into account is that shown on the work-linked training contract (apprenticeship or professionalisation).
Housing conditions :
To be eligible for assistance, you must have signed a lease (or an amendment to the lease in the case of shared accommodation) or an occupancy agreement for accommodation in a hostel or social residence.
The period of work-linked training must justify taking up the accommodation.
To apply for mobili-jeune assistance, go to the dedicated website. You must apply before the start of your course or within 6 months of the start date at the latest.
You can apply no later than the day before your 30th birthday.
