The "Entraidons-nous" platform gives all Marseilles residents the opportunity to offer help or to benefit from it by visiting the City of Marseilles website and the dedicated page: marseille.entraidonsnous.fr
Direct contact between residents in need and the initiatives of voluntary associations or individuals, in conjunction with municipal services working in the field of social welfare and help for the most disadvantaged, in the following areas: Need for clothing / Access to hygiene (shower, hygiene products) / Need for basic necessities / Help with shopping / Long-distance conversation / Help with printing documents / Other types of help
Anyone can benefit. The help offered is 100% free; it is not permitted to offer help for a fee. If you offer your help, you will receive requests for help by email. The requester will not have access to your name or email address. If you are looking for help, when you make your request you decide what contact information (e.g. email, telephone) you wish to communicate.
To submit your request, members of the public and voluntary organisations can now publish a proposal for help and/or volunteer hours, via a geolocalised advert.
For people in need, an interactive map makes it easier to find help by displaying all the services on offer. An online form can then be used to contact the nearest person directly.
