Commitment

Become an Eco-ambassador
Being an eco-ambassador means taking concrete action for the climate, environmental protection and good living together.
What is it?

Eco-ambassadors have the role of speaking out and taking action on environmental issues within their establishments:
- by developing sustainable development projects in schools to raise awareness among as many young people as possible,
- by taking part in school catering committees to contribute to healthier, more local food in line with the 50% target for local produce in school canteens,
- initiatives encouraging establishments to obtain an ecolabel,
- by setting up an inter-institutional dialogue to promote good practice.

Conditions

To take part, you must be a volunteer in your establishment. 5 people will be drawn at random if the number of volunteers exceeds this figure. All actions must be approved by the head of the school.

Steps

To apply, contact your school directly. Heads of school and their teaching staff will inform students of the call for applications for this scheme.
