Advance payment of your security deposit, which is usually required when you sign your lease. An interest-free loan repayable in 25 months. Whatever the amount of the deposit required when you move into your rental property, the advance payment of the deposit cannot exceed €1,200. Repayment in a maximum of 25 months, with no interest or administration charges.
You are under 30 and :
- You are on a vocational training course (apprenticeship or professional training contract),
You are a student employee and can provide proof of :
- a fixed-term contract (CDD) of at least 3 months in force at the time of the application for aid,
- one or more fixed-term contracts for a total of at least three months in the six months preceding the application for aid,
- or a traineeship agreement of at least three months in force at the time of application,
- or status as a student on a French state scholarship.
To qualify for AVANCE LOCA-PASS®, your home must :
- be your principal residence;
- be located in France (mainland, overseas departments);
- be the subject of a lease, an occupancy agreement in a hostel or social residence, or an amendment to the lease in the case of shared accommodation.
Apply online. You can submit your application no later than 2 months after moving into your home. Once the application has been completed and sent in by post with all the supporting documents, our teams take 3 to 4 weeks (working days) to analyse it. Additional documents may be requested.
